Yuanyang has established 3 manufacturing workshops, respectively forging workshop, pipe fitting workshop, and flange workshop. The total area of the 3 plants takes up an area of 20 thousand m2. Each year, we produce over 3000 tons of DN15-DN2500 flanges, and more than 2500 tons of pipe fittings.

Forging Workshop

Forging workshop mainly produces small or medium diameters of stainless steel flange blanks and forgings. There are 3 principle procedures: cutting, forging and solution treatment.

Pipe Fitting Workshop

Here in the pipe fitting workshop, we produce different stainless steel elbows, tees, concentric reducer, eccentric reducer, pipe cap, and flanges. The annual production capacity is up to 2500t. Production process: cutting – molding – solution treatment – shaping – grooving – pickling and passivation

Raw material procurement: our pipe materials are mainly purchased from some well-known suppliers like Taigang, FROCH, and Wujin Stainless Steel Pipe Group

Quality inspection A: dimension upon the raw pipes and sheets in terms of appearance, dimension, chemical components, and mechanical performance

Stored in warehouse: testing standards for steel sheets: GB 24511, GB/T 4237, ASME SA240/ASTM A240, EN 10028-7; testing standards for steel pipes: GB/T 14976, GB/T 12771, ASME SA312/ASTM A312, EN 10216-5; testing standards for steel bars: GB/T1220, ASME SA276/ASTM A276

Quality inspection B: before the molding process, the pipes having been given shot blasting treatment will be detected for surface

Quality inspection C: detecting the semi-finished products' appearance and surface with test platform, vernier caliper, and height gauge

Quality inspection D (hardness): using hardness tester to check the solid solution effect

Quality inspection E: checking the products' diameter, wall thickness, center height, roundness, appearance and dimension with testing platform, vernier caliper, and height gauge

Quality inspection F: checking whether surface of the finished product is clean, intact or marked correctly
